We truly hope you are 100% happy with our lashes! Due to Sanitary/Health reasons, lashes are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges.
If a product is damaged (manufacturing damage), we will take responsibility and replace it once evidence of a damaged product is provided and the damaged item is shipped back to us (we are not responsible for shipping charge). We cannot replace or exchange used items.
We only offer refunds with store credit; please note that we do not refund money by any circumstances.
If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse, you're responsible for the extra shipping fee for us to ship it back to you.
Store credits or claims are only valid 24 hours after receiving the package; after that we cannot offer store credits.
We are closed on all National Holiday's.
We are not responsible for delayed packages by any postal services. We are also not responsible if the address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered to the location, so please make sure addresses are correct. All time in transit details are estimates
